Job description:

  • Location: Home-based
  • Salary: Guaranteed hourly wage + bonuses
  • Possibility of 20 to 40 h / week as needed
  • Experience in call centers and/or in sales
  • Bilingual (an asset)
  • Basic computer skills
  • You must have access to a recent computer and a high-speed internet connection

You must be available between 20 and 40 h a week.

The call center opening hours are according to the following schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 9 PM
Saturday and Sunday: As needed
Mandatory hours are (subject to change):
Monday to Wednesday: from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 5h30 PM to 8h30 PM (as needed)
Thursday and Friday: Flexible schedule (you make your own schedule)
Saturday and Sunday: As needed


  • Level of education: High school
  • Diploma: High school diploma (DES), completed
  • Years of experience: 0-2 years
  • Written languages: FR: Intermediate
  • Spoken languages: Fr: Advanced, En: Advanced
